Friday after next

There are many virtues to Ice Cube. He can somehow record albums, perform at shows, and appear as the token gangster in a million bad movies. Also in the case of Friday After Next, he finds the time to write, produce, and star in a story about stupid cops, racial stereotypes, bad jokes, and also weed. The first act is delightful enough, as hangin' with Ice Cube's Craig feels like checking in with an old friend. His crazy dog-catcher father returns, as does big bad Debo, played by Tiny Lister. It is Debo's escape from prison that convinces the highly worried father to ship Craig off to his rich uncle's house for safe keeping, a la "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air community." Craig does his best to adjust to this new life. He hangs with his cousin Day-Day, played by Mike Epps, who wins a silver star for trying to fill Chris Tucker's clown shoes. Epps does admirably, stuttering, stumbling and falling down performance.

What did you dislike about this movie

The only dislike i had about this movie is i think Mike Epps should of had a more jokes. Its not as good as the first original Friday. I think they should of did this movie with also hilarious Chris Tucker. I think they should of had a little bit more play with the Joker brothers. I also think that Mike Epps (Day Day) should of played the same character trait as smokey from Friday.

Who do you recommand this movie to

I would reccomand this movie to the black and hispanic audience. Mostly the white audience. I said mostly the white audience because this movie was produced by a black group people. If you let a whole different group of people watch this movie they might like because its different then other movies they usually watch. Its also better to get a review from a different crowd of people b ecause their review on the movie might be different from everybody elses review.

Comedy

Synopsis

"Craig and his cousin Day-Day have finally gotten jobs as mall security guards and moved into their own crib. When a fake evil Santa Clause robs their rundown apartment on Christmas Eve, they embark on a comical adventure in an effort to track down the bandit and retrieve their stolen toot." Meanwhile Day-Day's rent-a-cop tactics cause them to continually miss their chance to catch the Santa Clause and instead has them squaring off against innocent caroling ladies, shady neighborhood kids and the police!

Moral/Message of movie

With a new job comes responsibilities so you have to take care of it. In this movie Craig and Day Day end up screwing around and get in trouble with people they really shouldn't be messing around with. So the message is really just to take care of responsibilities for having your own job.
